Som enhetschef för kommunal primärvård ingår du i en ledningsgrupp inom vård- och omsorg tillsammans med sex andra enhetschefskollegor. Din närmaste chef är områdeschef för vård och omsorg.

I uppdraget ansvarar du för kommunens sjuksköterskeenhet, rehabiliteringsenhet samt omvårdnadspersonal som arbetar natt på ett av kommunens särskilda boende.

Du leder, planerar och utvecklar verksamheterna med fokus på kvalitet, patientsäkerhet och god arbetsmiljö. Uppdraget innebär ett övergripande ansvar för att verksamheterna bedrivs enligt gällande lagstiftning, politiska beslut samt kommunens riktlinjer och styrdokument.

Du har ett nära samarbete med de två enhetscheferna för särskilt boende för att säkerställa en god och sammanhållen vård och omsorg.

Arbetet innebär att du ansvarar för personal, arbetsmiljö, ekonomi, kvalitet och utveckling för verksamheterna. Du har ett intresse för lärande, utveckling och förändringsarbete och arbetar tillsammans med medarbetarna för att utveckla verksamheten med patientens och brukarens behov i fokus.

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska, legitimerad arbetsterapeut, legitimerad fysioterapeut eller har annan akademisk utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant för uppdraget. Du har erfarenhet av chefs- och/eller ledningsarbete, gärna inom en politiskt styrd organisation. Du är en trygg, tydlig och närvarande ledare med god samarbetsförmåga. Du skapar engagemang och delaktighet hos dina medarbetare och arbetar strukturerat med fokus på utveckling, kvalitet och resultat. Du kommunicerar väl, bygger förtroendefulla relationer och bidrar till ett gott samarbete inom verksamheten. B-körkort är ett krav. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av ledarskap inom äldreomsorg och/eller LSS-verksamhet.
