Als führende Schule mit starker regionaler Verankerung entlang dem Jurasüdfuss unterstützen wir technische Berufsleute auf ihrem Karriereweg an den Standorten Grenchen und Biel. 140 Dozierende vermitteln über 500 Studierenden praxisorientierte Kompetenzen in den aktuellen Trends wie Industrie 4.0, Digitalisierung, erneuerbare Energien und zukunftsweisenden Fertigungstechnologien. Wir suchen per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung: Eventmanager/-in und Organisationstalent (60-80%)

Dein Wirkungsfeld Du konzipierst, organisierst und koordinierst unsere Events, Veranstaltungen und Messen. Damit schaffst du besondere Momente für Interessierte, Studierende und Diplomierende und positionierst die hftm im wettbewerbsintensiven Weiterbildungsmarkt als Premiumbildungsanbieterin. Du erstellst die Eventjahresplanung, stimmst sie mit der Geschäftsleitung ab und führst das Budgetcontrolling selbstständig. Du instruierst alle Beteiligten vorausschauend und stellst ihnen die nötigen Informationen proaktiv zur Verfügung. Du verantwortest die Raumvermietung der hftm. Du bewirtschaftest und betreust die Vermietungen und baust das Vermietungspotenzial gezielt aus. Du bearbeitest den Markt aktiv: Du gewinnst Firmen und Organisationen für temporäre, saisonale oder längerfristige Raummieten und entwickelst dafür passende Marketing- und Verkaufsmassnahmen.

Dein Profil Du liebst, was du tust, und arbeitest unkompliziert, effizient und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch. Du bist kommunikativ, belastbar und dienstleistungsorientiert. Du packst selbst an und setzt dich durch, wenn es nötig ist. Du hast eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung und einen Abschluss einer Hochschule, einer höheren Fachschule, einer Berufsprüfung oder einer höheren Fachprüfung (oder bist noch im Studium). Fachrichtung: Marketing, Kommunikation, Public Relations, Hotellerie, Eventmanagement oder Tourismus. Du gehst gerne auf Kunden zu und überzeugst im Gespräch. Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Eventbereich mit, idealerweise aus einer Bildungsinstitution. Erfahrung in Verkauf oder Akquise ist ein Plus. Teamgeist ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, statt Aufgaben weiterzureichen. Du schreibst stilsicheres Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Französisch und Englisch beherrschst du auf Niveau B2. Du bist zeitlich flexibel und besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B. Du arbeitest sicher mit Office, Datenbanken und CRM. Social-Media-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
