Om stillingen

Vi søger en lærer, der kan undervise i nedenstående fag. Kan du undervise i andet, så hører vi også gerne om det.

  • Biologi
  • Matematik

Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på 100 %. Du bliver en del af en engageret medarbejdergruppe, hvor vi arbejder sammen om at give eleverne et stærkt fagligt og personligt efterskoleår.

Som lærer på Højer Efterskole vil du desuden:

  • Indgå i kontaktlærerrollen og det daglige samvær med eleverne
  • Deltage i tilsyn, aften- og weekendvagter
  • Bidrage til fællesarrangementer, ture/rejser og skolens liv i bred forstand

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Har undervisningskompetence i fysik/kemi, biologi, geografi og matematik
  • Har lyst til at være en del af et værdibåret efterskolefællesskab
  • Er relationsstærk og kan møde unge med nysgerrighed og autenticitet
  • Trives i et arbejdsmiljø med tæt kollegial sparring og høj grad af samarbejde
  • Er læreruddannet

Om Højer Efterskole

Højer Efterskole er en mindre efterskole med ca. 95 elever, beliggende i den smukke natur i Sønderjylland tæt på Vadehavet. Vi har fokus på fællesskab, faglighed og personlig dannelse. Vores hverdag er præget af nærvær, tydelige værdier og et stærkt fællesskab – både blandt elever og ansatte.

Ansættelsesvilkår

Stillingen er på fuld tid og ansættes i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem Finansministeriet og LC.
