H Mart offers a full line of Asian foods as well as a broad range of Western groceries to complement its full scale offering to that of a traditional supermarket. H Mart is also known for its innovative new food halls which are an extension of over 37 years of providing eateries in its stores.Position Description:This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations/associations, media, and etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator with knowledge base in marketing field, who can easily adapt to multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customer's needs.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Support on customer service/relationship platform, email, phone, and etc. to coordinate on customer service related issues with internal departments, and understand customer’s needsCoordinate on various marketing materials (digital signage, posters, SNS promotions, Banners and etc.) on store promotions and salesSupport membership related procedures and dutiesAssist media contracts and correlated relationshipsSupport grand opening event and related work arrangementsAssist press release and other articles for brand marketingQualifications:Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skills1 year+ of marketing experience is a plusStrong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skillsStrong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time sensitive deadlinesProfessional in Marketing certificate is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint)Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST (Fluency is a plus)Work Hours & Benefits:MON-FRI, 9:00am to 6:00pmCompany provided LunchHealth / Dental / Vision Insurance CoveragePSL / PTOPaid Holidays per company policyCelebration & Condolence Benefits per company policyEligibility to use Company owned Resort per company policy5% Employee Points program with H Mart Smart CardLocation:300 Chubb Ave., Lyndhurst, NJ 07071
