Het OCMW van Anderlecht biedt de meest kwetsbare Anderlechtenaren steun en begeleiding aan met onder meer financiële en materiële bijstand, juridisch advies, sociaal-professionele ondersteuning, culturele activiteiten, etc.

Daarbij is het de bedoeling dat, uitgaande van de persoonlijke situatie van elk individu, de begunstigden naar een zo groot mogelijke zelfstandigheid worden geleid.

DE DIENSTVERLENINGDe Technische Dienst staat in voor het technisch beheer van de verschillende gebouwen van het OCMW, met inbegrip van Residentie Van Hellemont, het beheer van overheidsopdrachten en de uitvoering van kleine herstellingen. UW OPDRACHT→ U bepaalt de operationele doelstellingen van de dienst Facility Management, in samenwerking met uw leidinggevende. → U coördineert en superviseert de activiteiten met betrekking tot gebouwen, infrastructuur, werken, dienstverleningscontracten, verzekeringen en het wagenpark. → U staat in voor de opvolging van projecten en overheidsopdrachten binnen uw bevoegdheidsdomein. → U stuurt het team aan en bepaalt de prioriteiten van de dienst. → U volgt de activiteiten op, stelt rapporteringen op en formuleert aanbevelingen aan de hiërarchie. → U ziet toe op de naleving van de procedures en de geldende regelgeving. → U draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van de tools, processen en werkmethodes.

UW PROFIEL→ U beschikt over een bachelordiploma of een diploma van de eerste cyclus van het universitair onderwijs of daarmee gelijkgesteld hoger onderwijs. → U beschikt over ervaring in facility management, projectbeheer of technische diensten. → U beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent goed in coördinatie en prioriteitenbeheer. → U werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en beschikt over een analytische ingesteldheid. → U beheerst de gangbare informaticatoepassingen en rapporteringstechnieken. → U beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden. → Kennis van overheidsopdrachten, verzekeringen en de werking van een OCMW is een troef. → Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een troef. → U voldoet aan de fysieke geschiktheidsvereisten voor de functie. → U bent bereid het voor de functie vereiste Selor-taalbrevet te behalen.
