Vellinge Taxi koncernen söker nu i samarbete med Arbetsförmedlingen kvinnliga förare till nya uppdrag i södra Skåne. Genom en kostnadsfri rekryteringsutbildning på ca 8 veckor får du rätt behörigheter och anställning efter godkänd utbildning.

Uppdraget som Specialfordonsförare betyder betydligt mer än att transportera resenärer från punkt A till punkt B. Vi brukar beskriva yrkesrollen som 10 % körning och 90 % service. Din viktigaste uppgift är att skapa en trygg resa och en bra helhetsupplevelse för både resenärer och anhöriga. Du kör personer i behov av serviceresor inom skolskjuts, sjukvårdsresor och färdtjänst. Du kommer i din nya roll köra blandade specialfordon eller minibussar anpassade för rullstolar.

Vi erbjuder följande: * En kostnadsfri utbildning på cirka 8 veckor. Teoriprov och uppkörningstillfälle ingår och ska godkännas innan anställning. * Anställning: Efter avslutad och godkänd utbildning erbjuds du heltidstjänst hos Vellinge Taxi. * Kollektivavtal: fast avtalsenlig månadslön och 6 månaders provanställning. * Arbetstider: Heltid, huvudsakligen vardagar dagtid (enstaka helger/kvällar förekommer). * Utgångs-ort: Olika utgångsorter i södra Skåne.

Utbildningen är helt kostnadsfri och genomförs av en trafikskola i Malmö. Utbildningen är på heltid under cirka 8 veckor och innehåller både teoretiska och praktiska moment (bland annat Taxiförarlegitimation och Hjärt- och Lungräddning). Utbildningen avslutas med teoriprov och körprov. Utdrag ur belastningsregistret, vandelsprövning och medicinsk undersökning kommer att begäras in/utföras. (Om du redan har Taxiförarlegitimation anpassas utbildningen efter dina behov.)

Viktiga datum: * Sista ansökningsdag: 25 november * 26 samt 30 november: Informationsträffar och intervjuer i Malmö eller Ystad. * 11 januari: Utbildningsstart (15 platser totalt).

Krav: * Kvinna (Då branschen efterfrågar fler kvinnor söker vi till denna utbildningsomgång dig som är kvinna som vill ta steget in i föraryrket.) *Ålder: Fyllt 20 år. * Körkort: Manuellt svenskt B-körkort i minst 2 år utan avbrott * God körvana. * Språk: Kommunicerbar svenska (tala och läsa) för daglig kundkontakt. * Register & Hälsa: Godkänd Hälso- och Vandelsprövning hos Transportstyrelsen samt utdrag ur belastningsregistret (visas upp under rekryteringen). *Fysiska förutsättningar: Ha de fysiska förutsättningar som krävs för yrket (t.ex. kunna sitta under en stor del av dagen). Meriterande: * Tidigare erfarenhet från t.ex. Vård & Omsorg, Personlig assistent, Barnskötare eller lokalvård.
