Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Almoxarife, contribuindo para que os processos de recebimento, armazenamento, controle e distribuição de materiais ocorram com organização, segurança e eficiência, garantindo o abastecimento das áreas assistenciais e administrativas da instituição.

Essa posição será responsável por executar as rotinas do almoxarifado, realizando o recebimento e conferência de materiais, controle de estoque, organização dos insumos, inventários e distribuição dos produtos aos diversos setores, assegurando a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários para a continuidade da assistência aos pacientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Receber, conferir e armazenar materiais, medicamentos, equipamentos e insumos, garantindo a conformidade das informações.
  • Realizar o registro das movimentações de estoque nos sistemas da instituição.
  • Organizar o almoxarifado, mantendo os materiais identificados e armazenados conforme as normas de segurança e boas práticas.
  • Controlar a validade dos produtos, assegurando a correta rotatividade dos itens (PEPS/PVPS).
  • Realizar inventários periódicos, contribuindo para a acuracidade dos estoques.
  • Separar e distribuir materiais e insumos para os diversos setores da instituição, garantindo agilidade e precisão no atendimento das solicitações.

Para participar do processo, você precisa:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência em rotinas de almoxarifado, logística ou controle de estoque.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e sistemas de controle de estoque.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Você terá mais chances, se:

  • Possuir experiência na área da saúde.
  • Ter vivência com materiais hospitalares, medicamentos ou insumos médicos.
  • Conhecer processos de inventário, armazenagem e distribuição de materiais.
