Préparateur(-rice) en pharmacie 60% - 100% (ref : 1849)

Votre mission :

Au sein d-une équipe de pharmacie dynamique, vous occupez un poste varié en collaboration quotidienne avec les équipes médico-soignantes.

A ce titre vous serez en charge ;

  • D-une activité principale de pharmacotechnie : production centralisée de chimiothérapies et aseptique, collaboration interprofessionnelle étroite avec le personnel de soins
  • D-activités secondaires :
  • Remplacement et contrôle des productions non stériles
  • Participation aux activités de distribution (préparation des commandes globales de médicaments, gestion des pharmacies d-étage, réponse aux demandes des clients) et de facturation patiente
  • Participation à l-amélioration continue de la qualité
  • Facturation et gestion des protocoles de chimiothérapies administrés et chimiothérapie per os
  • Activités générales de service
  • Accueil physique et téléphonique des collaborateurs de l-institution
  • Participation aux colloques de service
  • Participation à la démarche d-amélioration continue de la qualité
  • Assurer la logistique pharmaceutique des médicaments de la pharmacie centrale vers les pharmacies d'unités de soins.
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi du stock de la pharmacie centrale et des unités de soins
  • Assurer la fabrication des préparations aseptiques et/ou non stériles

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Diplôme de préparateur en pharmacie ou titre jugé équivalent, formation aseptique
  • Une personne rigoureuse, consciencieuse, bienveillante, dotée d-un bon sens de l-organisation et appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique standards
