La radiologie est une discipline transversale qui permet de visualiser le corps humain à l-aide de différentes techniques d-imagerie telles que les radiographies, l-échographie, l-IRM ou le scanner.

Notre équipe Radiologie est composée de médecins radiologues, de techniciens(-nes) en radiologie médicale (TRM) et de secrétaires et réceptionnistes, qui prend en charge nos patients dans un environnement moderne et accueillant, garantissant leur confort et leur sécurité.

Nous disposons d-un plateau technique complet pour la prise en charge diagnostique et thérapeutique.

Afin de compléter cette équipe dynamique nous recrutons un(-e) dès que possible un/une

Secrétaire médicale en radiologie à 80% CDI (ref : 2048)

Votre mission :

Vous assurez toutes les tâches administratives propres au service de la Radiologie.

A ce titre vous serez en charge de ;

  • Accueillir, installer, renseigner et diriger nos patients
  • Installer en salle d-échographie
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels
  • Assurer la prise de rendez-vous
  • Être en charge de la frappe de courrier et de compte-rendu médicaux
  • Garantir la mise à jour du dossier patient
  • Contribuer à la bonne marche du service (qualité des soins, organisation, bon esprit, etc)
  • Identifier les besoins et attentes du patient et de ses accompagnants

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme de secrétaire médical(-e) obligatoire
  • Expérience dans un service de radiologie minimum 2 ans exigée
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office
  • Connaissance du système de santé suisse (Tarmed)
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Connaissance des outils ; Opale, Xplore, Ris/Pacs est un atout
  • Langues étrangères un atout
  • Discrétion et polyvalence
  • Excellente présentation
  • Savoir être et prestance adaptée à l'accueil
  • Disponible de suite
