Le centre de Métabolisme et Nutrition a pour mission d-accueillir et accompagner les patients dans le domaine de l-endocrinologie, diabétologie, métabolisme et nutrition, avec une prise en charge personnalisée et adaptée aux besoins des patients.

Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous recrutons un/e

Secrétaire médicale au Centre du métabolisme et de la nutrition CDMax 3 mois à 90% (ref : 2044)

Votre mission :

Vous assurez toutes les tâches administratives propres au service du Métabolisme & Nutrition

A ce titre vous serez en charge de ;

  • Accueil des patients
  • Gestion des appels entrants
  • Gestion des dossiers patients
  • Gestion du courrier et des emails
  • Prise de rendez-vous et organisation de l-agenda du/des médecins
  • Organisation d-examens et tests
  • Frappe de rapports médicaux
  • Facturation consultations en Tarmed et en tarif privé sur Opale
  • Statistiques hospitalières et ambulatoires
  • Préparation des dossiers pour la chirurgie bariatrique et traitement pharmacologique.

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme de secrétaire médical(-e)
  • Disponible rapidement
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Discrétion et polyvalence
  • Excellente présentation
  • Bonne maitrise du vocabulaire médical
  • Bon niveau d-anglais (c-est un atout)
  • Bienveillance et esprit d-équipe indispensable
