Responsabilités en lien avec le poste

· Réaliser les consultations pédiatriques et assurer le suivi de la santé des nourrissons, enfants et adolescents, en veillant à leur croissance et leur développement.

· Etablir le diagnostic et assurer la prise en charge des pathologies courantes et complexes en pédiatrie, en adoptant une approche professionnelle et innovante.

· Définir les actions de prévention et de vaccination selon les recommandations en vigueur, et participer aux campagnes de sensibilisation en santé publique.

· Collaborer au centre de MediPed avec d'autres spécialistes (allergologie, pneumologie, endocrinologie, obésité, pédiatrie du développement-) ainsi qu-avec le service de pédiatrie de l-hôpital afin d-assurer une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire de qualité.

· Encadrer et transmettre votre expertise aux jeunes médecins et aux équipes soignantes dans une démarche de formation continue.

Qualifications

· Diplôme de Médecin avec spécialisation en Pédiatrie, reconnu en Suisse ou éligible à l'équivalence. Reconnaissance MEBEKO en Suisse ou en cours de procédure

· Expérience avérée en pédiatrie générale (hospitalier et consultations) et capacité à gérer une diversité de pathologies infantiles.

· Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents acteurs du parcours de soins.

· Intérêt pour la pédiatrie sociale ou médico-psychosociale.
