The posting

Le secteur « Parents\-femme\-enfant » de l'hôpital du Jura, situé sur notre site de Delémont, regroupe le service de maternité et de pédiatrie. L'unité de Maternité, composée de 15 lits, est un service chaleureux et dynamique qui accompagne les familles durant un moment clé de leur vie. Elle assure environ 600 accouchements par année et possède une policlinique de gynécologie et obstétrique. Notre équipe pluridisciplinaire œuvre avec engagement pour garantir un accueil de qualité et une prise en charge personnalisée des patientes et de leurs nouveau\-nés.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons, pour une entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir, un\-e :

Sage\-femme

Responsabilités

\- Assurer le suivi global des femmes enceintes, de la grossesse à la période postnatale.

\- Accompagner et encadrer les accouchements physiologiques et médicalisés dans le respect des protocoles.

\- Prendre en charge la surveillance et le soutien des nouveau\-nés et de leurs familles.

\- Collaborer étroitement avec les gynécologues, pédiatres et l'équipe pluridisciplinaire.

\- Promouvoir l'allaitement maternel et soutenir la parentalité.

\- Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques du service et à la formation des étudiant\-e\-s.

\- Assurer des gardes de jour, de nuit et de week\-end selon l'organisation du service.

Qualifications

\- Bachelor of Science de Sage\-femme ou titre jugé équivalent.

\- Reconnaissance de la Croix\-Rouge pour les diplômes étrangers.

\- Expérience en salle d'accouchement ou en maternité est un atout.

\- Capacité à travailler en équipe interdisciplinaire et à gérer des situations urgentes.

\- Autonomie, rigueur, flexibilité et engagement professionnel.

\- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens de l'écoute.

\- Motivation à s'investir dans un environnement stimulant et en constante évolution.
