Afin de développer un projet pilote conjoint entre la Direction des soins et le Service de chirurgie orthopédique et traumatologie, l’HFR Fribourg – Hôpital cantonal recherche un/une :

Infirmier\-ère praticien\-ne spécialisé\-e (IPS) ===================================================

Missions

  • Exercer une pratique infirmière avancée auprès de patients relevant de la chirurgie orthopédique, de la traumatologie et de l’orthogériatrie, dans le cadre légal, conventionnel et institutionnel défini
  • Assurer une prise en charge transversale des patients hospitalisés et ambulatoires, en alternant entre les unités d’hospitalisation et les consultations selon les besoins du service et des différentes équipes
  • Réaliser des évaluations cliniques, assurer le suivi de l’évolution des patients et prescrire ou adapter des examens et traitements selon les protocoles médico\-soignants établis
  • Participer aux admissions électives préopératoires, au suivi postopératoire, aux visites, à la préparation des sorties et à la coordination du parcours de soins
  • Assurer en consultation le suivi postopératoire et le suivi ambulatoire de situations orthopédiques définies, notamment l’évaluation clinique, les soins de plaies, les examens de contrôle et l’adaptation protocolisée de la rééducation
  • Coordonner les différents professionnels impliqués, informer et accompagner les patients et leurs proches et contribuer à la continuité des soins entre l’hôpital, les médecins traitants, la réadaptation et les soins à domicile
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le(s) médecin(s) partenaire(s) et l’équipe médicale ; solliciter une validation ou une reprise médicale lorsque la situation dépasse votre champ de compétences ou nécessite une expertise ou une décision médicale
  • Participer au développement et à l’actualisation des protocoles, à l’amélioration de la qualité et de la sécurité des soins ainsi qu’au suivi des indicateurs cliniques du projet pilote
  • Contribuer à la formation des équipes ainsi qu’aux activités de recherche et de développement clinique

Profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor of Science en soins infirmiers ou d’un titre jugé équivalent reconnu par la Croix\- suisse
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master of Science en Sciences infirmières, orientation infirmier\-ère praticien\-ne spécialisé\-e (MSc IPS)
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience clinique infirmière d’au minimum 4 ans, idéalement complétée par une expérience ou une expertise reconnue en chirurgie, orthopédie, traumatologie ou dans un domaine clinique apparenté
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences en évaluation clinique, raisonnement clinique, coordination des soins et collaboration interprofessionnelle
  • Vous appréciez l’autonomie professionnelle tout en travaillant en partenariat étroit avec les équipes médicales et soignantes
  • Vous êtes motivé\-e à participer à la construction d’un nouveau modèle de pratique avancée, à l’élaboration de protocoles et à l’évaluation d’un projet pilote innovant
  • Vous maîtrisez le français à un niveau avancé ; des connaissances d’allemand et d’anglais constituent un atout
