Votre mission

Le Service d’Hygiène, prévention et contrôle de l'infection (HPCI) a pour but d’améliorer la qualité et la sécurité des soins par le contrôle et la prévention des infections en milieu hospitalier. La prévention du risque infectieux s’applique aux patients, aux visiteurs et au personnel.

Missions principales

  • Participer à la définition et à l’élaboration du programme HPCI au niveau institutionnel
  • Garantir le relais entre l’Unité cantonale HPCI et les cadres médico\-soignants
  • Assurer la surveillance et la prévention des infections hospitalières, nosocomiales ou endémiques
  • Garantir la détection, l’investigation, la correction et la prévention des infections épidémiques
  • Contrôler la résistance et l’utilisation d’agents anti\-infectieux, en regard des micro\-organismes multi\-résistants
  • Résoudre les problèmes d’hygiène hospitalière par l’adaptation des recommandations à la spécificité des secteurs
  • Améliorer continuellement la qualité des soins et des procédures médico\-soignantes et techniques en regard du risque infectieux
  • Assurer la formation, l’enseignement et l’éducation du personnel médico\-soignant et thérapeutique en hygiène et en prévention des infections
  • Participer à la gestion des projets et des études cantonales dans le cadre de l’HPCI
  • Apporter son expertise au sein de commissions ou de groupes de travail internes et/ou externes

Vos atouts

  • Diplôme de soins infirmiers niveau Bachelor ou jugé équivalent
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme en Prévention et Contrôle de l'infection ou jugé équivalent (diplôme EPIAS, formation junior HPCI, ou certificat répondant HPCI désireux de suivre au minimum la formation junior)
  • Expérience en soins généraux de 4 ans
  • Expérience en soins aigus
  • Être capable de travailler de manière autonome et en interdisciplinarité
  • Faire preuve d’entregent et de diplomatie
  • Démontrer un esprit de collaboration et de négociation
  • Posséder des compétences pédagogiques et de leadership clinique
  • Connaissances avancées des outils informatiques courants (environnement Windows, Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Access)
  • Maîtriser le français oral et écrit
  • Connaissance de l'anglais professionnel
  • Avoir un permis de conduire (cat. B) valable.
