Votre mission

Le contexte et votre futur service

Le service de rééducation et gériatrie compte 47 lits de rééducation et 8 lits de gériatrie aigue ainsi qu’une forte activité ambulatoire. Le service est actuellement dans une dynamique de fort développement, portée par un projet d’augmentation des lits de gériatrie aiguë, la création de lits de rééducation neurologique et le déploiement de notre offre ambulatoire. Vous intégrerez une équipe médicale pluridisciplinaire (internistes, spécialistes en MPR, rhumatologues, neurologues) travaillant en étroite synergie avec l’ensemble de nos spécialistes en rééducation (physiothérapeutes, ergothérapeutes, neuropsychologues, logopédistes, diététicien·ne·s et psychologues).

Vos missions et objectifs

  • Excellence clinique : Assurer et contribuer à l'excellence des prestations cliniques dans le domaine de la neurologie et participer à son développement ambulatoire.
  • Développement : Participer activement à la création et au développement de l'activité ambulatoire et stationnaire en neurologie.
  • Leadership et gestion : Contribuer à la gestion, à l'organisation et à la représentation du service.
  • Transmission : Développer et participer à l'enseignement des médecins en formation, ainsi qu'à l'animation de divers colloques.
  • Interdisciplinarité : Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes soignantes et thérapeutiques pour assurer une prise en charge globale, coordonnée et orientée vers l'atteinte des objectifs du patient.
  • Réseau : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des soins aigus, les autres spécialistes de l’HIB et nos partenaires externes.
  • Continuité des soins : Participer à la continuité des soins avec les autres médecins du service.

Vos atouts

  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme fédéral de médecin et possédez un titre de spécialiste en Neurologie (ou d'un titre étranger reconnu par la MEBEKO)
  • Une compétence en EMG et/ou un attrait particulier pour la rééducation neurologique seraient un atout.
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre capacité et votre goût à travailler au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire.
