La Pharmacie des Hôpitaux de l-Est Lémanique (PHEL), répartie sur plusieurs sites, est responsable de l-approvisionnement en médicaments et de l-assistance pharmaceutique des hôpitaux, ainsi que de différents établissements de soins, de l-Est lémanique (dont l-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais). Le secteur EMS de la PHEL est responsable de l'approvisionnement en médicaments et en prestations pharmaceutiques de ses établissements médico-sociaux (EMS) partenaires.

Pour différents établissements partenaires des districts vaudois de Lausanne, Lavaux-Oron, Riviera-Pays-d-Enhaut et Aigle, nous recherchons un/e :

Assistant en pharmacie H/F à 60%-100%

Les missions principales de ce poste sont ###

  • Assistant·e en pharmacie pooliste dans nos EMS partenaire répartis dans les districts vaudois de Lausanne, Lavaux-Oron, Riviera-Pays-d-Enhaut et Aigle (30% du cahier des charges)
  • Assistant·e en pharmacie dans un EMS partenaire encore à définir dans le Canton de Vaud : commandes des médicaments et du matériel de soin, gestion de stock, communications, collaboration étroite avec le personnel soignant (30 à 50% du cahier des charges)
  • Assistant·e en pharmacie sur le site de Rennaz pour diverses activités de Distribution ou de Facturation (10 à 20% du cahier des charges)
  • Participation à l-amélioration continue et aux documents qualité
  • Tâches administratives et de bureautique diverses

Nous demandons ###

  • Un·e candidat·e titulaire du CFC d-assistant(e) en pharmacie ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Une personne avec un bon esprit d-équipe, consciencieuse, autonome et bien organisée, avec une ouverture face à la nouveauté,
  • Une grande flexibilité au niveau des déplacements sera demandée pour ce poste précis
  • Une expérience en tant qu-APUS ou dans l-approvisionnement de médicaments à des EMS, ainsi que la maîtrise du logiciel de facturation Tactil, et des outils Word et Excel seraient un atout
