Vi söker nu en arbetshandledare till IDAMIC (daglig verksamhet) i Funäsdalen som vill vara med och skapa en innehållsrik och meningsfull vardag för de som står långt från arbetsmarknaden. Arbetsmarknadsavdelningen, tillsammans med arbetsförmedlingen, socialtjänsten och utbildningsanordnare, förbereder och rustar människor i åldrarna 18-67 år för att uppnå meningsfull sysselsättning och delaktighet i samhällslivet. Daglig verksamhet är för personer med funktionsnedsättning över 18 år som inte utbildar sig och som inte har annat jobb. IDAMIC finns i Sveg, Hede och Funäsdalen. Tjänsten är ett vikariat på sex månader, med goda möjligheter till en tillsvidareanställning om den ordinarie medarbetaren väljer att avsluta sin tjänst. Tillträde 2026-12-01. Arbetsuppgifter - Sysselsättning och aktiviteter inomhus och utomhus, både i grupp och på enskild nivå. - Handleda våra deltagare i deras arbetsuppgifter och aktiviteter utifrån ett pedagogiskt arbetssätt. - Assistera och stödja den enskilde i sin vardag utifrån dennes behov och se till att vardagen blir trygg och meningsfull. - Dokumentation i olika verksamhetssystem, planering samt kontakt med god man, anhöriga och boenden. Kvalifikationer Krav: - Gymnasial utbildning. - Datorvana. - B-körkort och körvana. - Fysisk och psykisk uthållighet. För att arbeta inom vård av äldre och vuxna med funktionsnedsättning ska du visa upp giltigt utdrag ur belastningsregistret. Meriterande: - Erfarenhet av arbetet. - Ekonomisk beräkning på uppdrag. - Utbildning inom arbete riktat mot funktionsnedsättning. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Personliga egenskaper - Du är en social person som gillar att lösa problem på ett konstruktivt sätt. - Du kan hantera snabba förändringar och lösa problem när de uppstår med deltagarens bästa i åtanke. - Du kan planera och strukturera upp olika aktiviteter, både enskilt och i grupp, samt handleda individer i dessa aktiviteter, - Du är öppen för att hjälpa till med andra tillhörande arbetsuppgifter på arbetsplatsen, då det är viktigt för oss med ett nära samarbete kollegor emellan. - Du är psykiskt samt fysiskt stark med ett stort tålamodskapital, då arbetet kan vara psykiskt krävande och tunga lyft kan förekomma.
