Présent au niveau international, le groupe Hörmann est une entreprise en pleine croissance, active dans le domaine de l'industrie de la construction. Ses 40 usines hautement spécialisées assurent la production de portes pour l'habitat et l'industrie, d'huisseries et de motorisation pour l'Europe, l'Asie et l'Amérique du Nord. Riche de plus de 6'000 collaborateurs et collaboratrices, le groupe Hörmann réalise un chiffre d'affaires de plus d'un milliard d'euros. Nous employons 15 personnes sur notre site de Rennaz.

Afin de vous accompagner au mieux dans votre prise de fonction, vous bénéficierez d'une formation interne de 4 à 6 mois à notre siège principal d'Oensingen. Cette période vous permettra de vous familiariser progressivement avec nos outils, nos processus et notre fonctionnement interne, avant de rejoindre notre équipe sur le site de Rennaz. Veuillez noter que cette période de formation nécessite une présence à Oensingen et implique les déplacements correspondants.

Collaborateur/\-trice Back\-Office Vente \& Projets Suisse romande (f/h/d), 100%

Soutenez\-nous avec votre savoir\-faire. Vos tâches :

  • Saisir les commandes et mettre à jour les informations dans SAP
  • Préparer, transmettre et classer les documents liés aux ventes et aux projets
  • Apporter un appui administratif au suivi des commandes, des montages et des livraisons
  • Enregistrer et transmettre les demandes liées aux réclamations et au service après\-vente
  • Préparer les documents nécessaires à la facturation et à la clôture des dossiers
  • Participer aux activités administratives courantes et à la bonne organisation de l'équipe

Contribuez à notre succès commun. Ce que vous apportez :

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou formation administrative équivalente
  • Expérience dans une fonction administrative ou dans le suivi des commandes ; expérience dans le secteur industriel ou de la construction, un atout
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office ; la connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP constitue un atout
  • Sens de l'organisation, précision, fiabilité et plaisir de travailler en équipe
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l'allemand, à l'oral et à l'écrit
