Avec ses 116 chambres, son restaurant Lake Side, son restaurant \& lounge panoramique Waves, perché au 7e étage, ainsi que ses espaces dédiés aux conférences et aux événements, notre établissement allie élégance, raffinement et excellence du service, dans un cadre exceptionnel propice à l’accueil d’une clientèle d’affaires et de loisirs exigeante.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous souhaitons accueillir un(e) coordinateur Banquets \& Séminaires, alliant passion pour l’hôtellerie, sens aigu du commerce et véritable esprit d’initiative, prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis et à contribuer activement au rayonnement de notre établissement.

Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de l’événementiel à l’Hôtel Beaulac, vous êtes responsable du développement commercial, de la gestion opérationnelle et de la performance financière du département Banquets \& Séminaires.

En lien direct avec la Direction générale et en étroite collaboration avec les différents services de l’hôtel, vous veillez à offrir une expérience client irréprochable, tout en développant le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité de votre département.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Développement commercial : élaborer et déployer la stratégie de vente des espaces, prospecter de nouveaux clients, fidéliser la clientèle existante et développer des partenariats.
  • Vente et négociation : analyser les demandes, concevoir des offres personnalisées, négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer le suivi des propositions jusqu’à leur confirmation.
  • Organisation des événements : superviser la préparation et le bon déroulement des séminaires, conférences, banquets, mariages, cocktails et autres manifestations.
  • Coordination opérationnelle : collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements, préparer les fiches de fonctions, organiser les débriefings et garantir une transmission efficace des informations.
  • Expérience client : accueillir et accompagner personnellement les clients, anticiper leurs besoins et gérer les imprévus avec réactivité et professionnalisme.
  • Administration et reporting : assurer l’émission et le suivi de la facturation des prestations, veiller à l’exactitude des factures, contrôler les paiements des clients et effectuer les relances nécessaires en cas d’échéances impayées, en étroite collaboration avec le service financier. Contribuer également au suivi des résultats quantitatifs et qualitatifs du département.

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure en hôtellerie ou qualification équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée en hôtellerie, avec une solide expertise dans la gestion des banquets, séminaires, événements et chambres, idéalement au sein d’un établissement de grande capacité.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques hôteliers, notamment d’Opera Cloud et de Mirus, indispensable.
  • Solides compétences commerciales, en prospection, négociation et fidélisation de clientèle.
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de communication et de coordination.
  • Maîtrise du français, de l’anglais et de l’allemand.

Dynamique, organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats, vous possédez un excellent sens relationnel, une forte sensibilité commerciale et une véritable culture du service. Flexible et force de proposition, vous savez anticiper les attentes d’une clientèle exigeante et mobiliser votre équipe autour d’un objectif commun : l’excellence et la performance.
