Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abkanten und Biegen von einfachen bis komplexen Blechteilen aus Stahl und Buntmetallen mit unseren hochmodernen CNC-Abkantmaschinen
  • Selbständiges Einrichten und Rüsten der CNC-Maschinen
  • Qualitätssicherung durch Maßkontrollen und Programmkorrekturen
  • Vermessen und Dokumentieren der gefertigten Teile im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der maschinellen Anlagen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Abkanter
  • Erfahrung im Dünnblechbereich mit >1mm Wandstärke
  • Erfahrung bei der Verarbeitung von unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen (C-Stahl, Aluminium und CrNi-Stahl)
  • Selbständiges Rüsten/Bedienen und Wartung der Maschinen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, Sorgfalt sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis und Umsetzung von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Stelle Dauernachtschicht ebenfalls frei)
  • Sprachniveau Deutsch mindestens B1
