Tööülesanded: Otsime oma meeskonda kogenud ja iseseisvat infotehnoloogi, kelle ülesanne on tagada linnavalitsuse IT-keskkonna turvaline, töökindel ja kaasaegne toimimine ning osaleda linna IT-lahenduste arendamises.See töö sobib Sulle, kui soovid lisaks igapäevaste IT-küsimuste lahendamisele võtta vastutuse organisatsiooni IT-taristu, süsteemide ja infoturbe tervikliku toimimise eest.

Peamised ülesanded • linnavalitsuse IT-taristu ja infosüsteemide töökindluse ning turvalisuse tagamine; • Microsoft 365, kasutajakontode, ligipääsuõiguste ja seadmete haldamine; • arvutivõrkude, WiFi, võrguseadmete, serverite ja muude IT-süsteemide haldamine ning arendamine; • IT-riistvara haldamine; • infoturbe meetmete kavandamine, rakendamine ja nende täitmise jälgimine; • küberintsidentide ennetamine, tuvastamine ja lahendamise korraldamine; • IT-lahenduste arendamise ja uuendamise kavandamine ning elluviimine; • suhtlemine IT-teenusepakkujatega ning lepinguliste teenuste kvaliteedi ja täitmise jälgimine; • IT-varade, litsentside, kasutajaõiguste ja tehnilise dokumentatsiooni korrashoid; • linnavalitsuse töötajate nõustamine ja kasutajatoe korraldamine; • linnavalitsuse allasutuste juhtide IT-alane nõustamine.

Omalt poolt pakume: Pakume Sulle võimalust kujundada ja arendada Haapsalu Linnavalitsuse IT-keskkonda ning rakendada lahendusi, mille mõju ulatub igapäevasest kasutajatoest kogu organisatsiooni töökindluse ja infoturbeni. Sind ootavad: • iseseisev ja vastutusrikas töö; • võimalus reaalselt mõjutada organisatsiooni IT-arengut; • erialased koolitus- ja arenguvõimalused; • 35 kalendripäeva põhipuhkust; • tervise- ja spordikulude hüvitamine vastavalt linnavalitsuses kehtivatele tingimustele.

Muud nõuded: Ootame Sinult• IT-alast kõrgharidust või sellele vastavat erialast ettevalmistust ja töökogemust; • vähemalt mõneaastast praktilist kogemust IT-süsteemide või IT-taristu haldamisel; • väga häid teadmisi Microsoft 365 keskkonnast; • teadmisi infoturbe ja küberturvalisuse põhimõtetest; • oskust iseseisvalt diagnoosida ja lahendada keerukamaid IT-probleeme; • oskust hinnata IT-lahenduste tehnilist sobivust, turvalisust ja kuluefektiivsust; • head eesti keele oskust nii kõnes kui kirjas; • süsteemsust, algatusvõimet ja vastutustunnet; • väga head suhtlemisoskust ning võimet selgitada tehnilisi küsimusi arusaadavalt ka IT-taustata inimestele.

Kasuks tuleb varasem töökogemus organisatsiooni IT-keskkonna haldamisel ning teadmised avaliku sektori infosüsteemidest ja infoturbenõuetest.
