Summary:
The IT Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of all endpoint devices across the organization (HFHI, Affiliates, National Organizations, and Branch Offices), including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. This role ensures a secure, consistent, and reliable end-user computing environment by managing endpoint life cycle processes, overseeing software deployments, performing patch management, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
The Endpoint Administrator works closely with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system integrity, troubleshoot endpoint issues, and implement robust security controls across the device ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune), device imaging, scripting, and remote support tools, paired with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this role involves technical research and development to support continuous innovation within the IT Service Management department. The IT Endpoint Administrator also serves as a technical expert and primary escalation point for IT Service Desk Analysts, providing guidance and support for complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints. (10%) • Maintain endpoint management systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM). (20%) • Implement software updates, security patches, and standard operating environments (SOEs). (15%) • Enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption, anti virus, and compliance baselines. (15%) • Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related incidents and requests. (5%) • Collaborate on endpoint-related projects such as OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and application roll outs. (10%) • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for endpoint hardware and software. (5%) • Documents all work performed in the ITSM system. (5%) • Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base for IT support. (5%) 10) Analyzes hardware and software for performance and makes recommendations for systems and upgrades. (5%) • Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor (5%)
Minimum Requirements:
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, Technical Certifications, or equivalent working experience
Years of related experience: • 7-10+ years’ experience • Hands on experience with SME knowledge of cloud computing to include Office 365 • 5-7 years’ experience with Microsoft Intune/SCCM • 3-5 years’ experience with Power shell scripting • 10+ years of hands-on experience (SME) with Desktop Computing environment (Hardware and Software) • 5-7 Years of End User Support to include Senior Staff and C-Suite personnel. • 5-7 years’ experience in remote desktop management and deployment tools • 2-3 years System Admin related experience in Microsoft Server Technology
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong understanding of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS) • Deep knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as: Microsoft Intune, SCCM / MECM, Autopilot, Azure AD, and Group Policy • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to endpoint protection (anti virus, encryption, MFA) • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and BYOD policies • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), including Azure AD and conditional access • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Experience supporting multi-site or hybrid environments • Ability to write clear technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Ability to balance project work with day-to-day support responsibilities • Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and mentor junior technicians • Ability to educate and guide end users on endpoint-related best practices • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate • Information Technology\ITIL Foundations v3

Preferred Requirements: • Understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Request, and Change Management • Strong business process orientation and superior planning and analytical skills • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to demonstrate systematic and problem-solving skills. • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Experience implementing and integrating technology operations • Experience providing technical analysis and recommendations • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

Hiring Range:
The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is:
