Starte jetzt durch – als Technischer Property Manager (m/w/d) für Gewerbeimmobilien im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel

Du möchtest die technische Verantwortung für Gewerbeimmobilien im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel übernehmen und Projekte pragmatisch voranbringen? Bei uns betreust Du eigenständig ein vielseitiges Immobilienportfolio, koordinierst technische Maßnahmen und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.

  • Übernimm die eigenständige technische Betreuung unserer Lebensmitteleinzelhandelsimmobilien.
  • Koordiniere Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern.
  • Begleite die Übernahme neuer Objekte – von der Erstbesichtigung vor oder nach dem Ankauf über die Prüfung der Wartungsverträge bis zur Sichtung der grundlegenden Objektdokumentation.
  • Setze budgetierte Projekte wie Großinstandsetzungen, Anlagenerneuerungen, Umbauten und Revitalisierungen gemeinsam mit unserem Asset Management um.
  • Plane Budgets, kontrolliere Kosten und erstelle technische Berichte.
  • Checke und dokumentiere regelmäßig vor Ort den baulichen und technischen Zustand der Standorte.
  • Arbeite eng mit dem Asset-, Portfolio- und Transaktionsmanagement der Habona Invest-Gruppe zusammen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) für Gebäudetechnik, oder ein Studium in Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Technischer Gebäudeausrüstung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in der technischen Objektbetreuung oder im technischen Property Management ist wünschenswert.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister ist von Vorteil.
  • Professionelles Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
