Coordenar e acompanhar a equipe de Contas a Pagar, distribuindo atividades, orientando e desenvolvendo os colaboradores;

Atuar diretamente na operação, garantindo o correto processamento das rotinas de Contas a Pagar; supervisionar o recebimento, conferência, lançamento, aprovação, programação e baixa de títulos;

Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a correta execução dos pagamentos; conferir notas fiscais, boletos, contratos, medições e demais documentos antes do pagamento;

Garantir a correta classificação financeira e apropriação dos custos por obra, empreendimento e centro de custo;

Acompanhar e controlar pagamentos de fornecedores, empreiteiros e prestadores de serviços;

Utilizar e supervisionar as operações realizadas no Sienge, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade dos lançamentos, elaborar e acompanhar a programação financeira e os compromissos futuros;

Apoiar o controle e a projeção do fluxo de caixa, realizar e supervisionar conciliações e baixas financeiras e identificar e corrigir inconsistências, pagamentos indevidos, duplicidades e divergências;

Acompanhar pendências de documentação, aprovação e pagamento junto às áreas responsáveis, interagir com Engenharia, Obras, Compras, Fiscal, Contabilidade, Controladoria, Tesouraria e demais áreas;

Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal e fornecer informações gerenciais, elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho do Contas a Pagar, garantir o cumprimento das políticas, procedimentos, alçadas de aprovação e controles internos;

Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias nos processos, controles e utilização do Sienge;

Assegurar a organização, segurança, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações financeiras;

Conhecimento avançado no sistema Sienge e ou Mega;

Habilidade em negociações e repactuações;

Ensino Superior Completo;

Indispensável atuação em empresas do segmento de Construção Civil.
