Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Controladoria Técnica com perfil analítico de alta performance, visão sistêmica de execução de obra e sólida experiência em engenharia de custo;

O profissional será responsável pela criação de todas as solicitações de mão de obra e de material de acordo com prazo de execução de cada uma das atividades na obra. Será responsável também por analisar tecnicamente as solicitações que são geradas pelas obras;

Principais Atividades:

Realizar o levantamento de quantitativos e materiais com base na leitura e interpretação de projetos (arquitetônico, estrutural e instalações); Elaborar solicitação de material/ serviço dentro do ERP Sienge; Montagem e revisão de escopos técnicos para contratações de serviços; Garantir quantitativos consistentes, especificações e detalhes corretos para contratações do setor de suprimentos; Análise técnica e aprovação de todas as solicitações feitas pelas obras, análise de saldo de orçamento, apropriação de custo e datas de necessidade de compra;

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil; Experiência consolidada e avançada em engenharia de custos;

Conhecimento sólido sobre sequência construtiva de uma obra; Levantamento de projetos e quantitativos utilizando o AutoCAD; Atuação no segmento de incorporação e construção residencial vertical; Conhecimento prático nos sistemas construtivos de alvenaria estrutural e parede de concreto; Conhecimento técnico sobre composições de preço unitário; Excel Avançado para modelagem de planilhas de custos;
