YOU WILL:

- Define and execute the strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for LiveRamp’s GTM technology ecosystem, spanning marketing, sales, Quote-to-Cash, contracting, customer success, data, and AI.

- Establish scalable integration patterns, systems of record, data ownership, and governance across Salesforce, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Ironclad/CLM, ERP and finance systems, customer success platforms, middleware, and enterprise data platforms.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce, including architecture reviews and guidance across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, security, automation, and data architecture.

- Lead the architecture and evolution of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced, supporting subscriptions, usage-based and token-based pricing, ramp deals, multi-year agreements, amendments, renewals, contracted pricing, approvals, quoting, contracting, assets, and revenue processes.

- Review and challenge technical designs, integrations, automation, code, and implementation-partner recommendations to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with business outcomes.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Product, Data, Security, and Engineering to translate complex business requirements into prioritized technology solutions.

- Establish a scalable production-support operating model covering incident management, triage, prioritization, escalation paths, SLAs, ownership, runbooks, and knowledge management.

- Lead response to high-severity incidents and ensure root-cause analyses produce corrective and preventive actions.

- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for critical integrations, automations, batch processes, data flows, and business workflows.

- Define and report operational metrics, including incident volume and severity, response and resolution times, recurring incidents, system availability, and support backlog.

- Identify high-value opportunities to embed AI and intelligent automation into marketing, selling, quoting, contracting, renewals, customer intelligence, engineering productivity, testing, documentation, and production support.

- Partner with Security, Data, and Architecture teams to establish appropriate AI governance, access controls, and data-use standards.

- Establish engineering standards for development, automated testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, environment strategy, security, compliance, and data governance.

- Build reusable technical frameworks and patterns that improve delivery velocity, release quality, platform stability, and production reliability.

- Lead, develop, and mentor Salesforce engineers, developers, administrators, architects, and technical leads while creating clear accountability across roadmap delivery and production support.

- Manage implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors while maintaining strong internal technical ownership.

- Establish success measures for seller productivity, deal velocity, automation, platform adoption, data quality, reliability, operational efficiency, incident reduction, and support-volume reduction.

YOUR TEAM WILL:

Your team will build and operate the technology foundation that supports LiveRamp’s customer and revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and pipeline creation through sales execution, quoting, contracting, customer onboarding, renewals, and expansion.

The team will connect Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash capabilities with marketing automation, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, contract lifecycle management, customer success, finance, data, integration, and AI platforms. Its work will help sellers spend less time navigating systems and more time selling, while enabling the business to support evolving commercial models without excessive customization.

The team will own the technical practices that make GTM systems reliable and scalable, including architecture governance, integration monitoring, release quality, incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, automation, and proactive prevention. Over the first 6, 12, and 18 months, the team will establish clear ownership and operating rhythms, improve platform and integration reliability, reduce recurring production issues and manual support effort, and deliver a roadmap that advances LiveRamp’s GTM strategy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
