Founded by IIT/IIM alumni, we're a product-first, experiment-driven team that believes technology can create meaningful behaviour change at scale.

And we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to solve interesting problems, challenge the status quo, and build experiences that help millions of people stay consistent with their wellness journeys.

You'll own two exciting parts of our product journey:

1. Growing our paid user base

From the moment someone discovers Habuild to the moment they become a paying member, you'll make every step of the journey better.

2. Taking Habuild global

Build seamless, localised experiences that make it easy for users across countries to discover, pay for, and experience Habuild.

But growth doesn't stop at the payment screen.

You'll also own what happens next — helping paid users stay engaged, build habits, experience value, and keep coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE HAPPEN

01. OWN THE PRODUCT STRATEGY

Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for paid user growth and international expansion. Turn business goals into clear product priorities and execution plans.

02. MAKE GROWTH A PRODUCT PROBLEM

Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetisation. Find the friction, understand the why, and build solutions that move the needle.

03. THINK BEYOND BORDERS

Build localised user journeys for international markets. Solve for different user behaviours, currencies, payment preferences, and market-specific needs.

04. GET CLOSE TO USERS

Talk to users regularly — in India and globally. Understand their motivations, frustrations, and behaviours. Turn real conversations into meaningful product improvements.

05. LET DATA GUIDE DECISIONS

Use analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and validate what works.

06. BUILD WITH GREAT TEAMS

Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to take ideas from problem discovery to launch and measurable impact.

07. OWN THE NUMBERS

Define and track the KPIs that matter — conversion, payment success, engagement, retention, revenue, and lifetime value. Take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–10 years of Product Management experience, ideally building B2C products.
  • A track record of driving product-led growth, improving retention, increasing conversions, or scaling products into new markets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data. Experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
  • A natural curiosity about users. You enjoy speaking to them, understanding their behaviour, and uncovering problems worth solving.
  • The ability to balance business priorities, user needs, and technical possibilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to bring design, engineering, and business teams together.
  • High ownership, first-principles thinking, and a bias for action.
