Aufgaben ##

  • Kundenbeziehungen ausbauen: Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Handelspartner sowie Einkaufskooperationen auf ein nächstes Level.
  • Auf Augenhöhe verhandeln: Du führst die Verhandlung von Jahresvereinbarungen, Konditionen und Geschäftsplänen basierend auf betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen.
  • Wachstum vorantreiben: Du identifizierst neue Marktpotentiale und Kooperationen, entwickelst neue Wachstums- und Kundenstrategien und setzt diese um.
  • Den Markt aktiv mitgestalten: Du gestaltest Sortiments-, Innovations- und Vermarktungskonzepten für Dein Kundenportfolio.

Voraussetzungen ##

  • Du bringst eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung als Grundlage mit und kannst auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im Foodservice-, FMCG- oder Grosshandelsumfeld verweisen.
  • Dein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Handelsstrukturen, Konditionssysteme, Profitabilität und Margen basiert auf Deinen fundierten Kenntnissen des Schweizer Foodservice-Marktes.
  • Deine hohe analytische und betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenz erlaubt Dir die Beurteilung finanzieller Auswirkungen von Kundenvereinbarungen, wie Kundenprofitabilität, Deckungsbeiträgen und Margenstrukturen.
  • Du verbindest starke Kundenorientierung mit analytischer und finanzieller Kompetenz und schaffst so die Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum und profitable Partnerschaften.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert sowie zielorientiert und packst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern engagiert an.
