GMC Haerens, voorheen Meyvaert Glas NV, is een bedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis en een unieke expertise in de verwerking van glas voor zowel binnen- als buitentoepassingen.

Onze oorsprong gaan terug tot 1826, toen de eerste industriële spiegelfabriek werd opgericht. Als één van de pioniers combineerde GMC Meyvaert industriële productie met distributie. Bijna 2 eeuwen later zijn we uitgegroeid tot een internationale speler in de glasverwerkende sector, met een sterke focus op de balustrade- en interieurindustrie. Vandaag zijn we gespecialiseerd in gelaagd glas met hoge toegevoegde waarde.

Hoewel we blijven groeien om onze klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden, blijft onze KMO structuur met familiale waarden de kern van ons bedrijf. We streven ernaar dynamisch, innovatief en toekomstgericht te blijven – met respect voor onze traditie en vakmanschap.

Omdat we ambitieuze groeiplannen hebben, zijn we op zoek naar een Internal Sales Support collega (1/5e flexi).

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

· Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B-klanten en adviseert hen bij productkeuzes, technische vragen en eventuele klachten.

· Je behandelt inkomende klantenaanvragen en stelt duidelijk, aantrekkelijke offertes op.

· Je verwerkt klantorders in het systeem en volgt de voortgang nauw op in samenwerking met het productieteam.

· Je stemt dagelijks af met productie en externe transportpartners om levertermijnen te bewaken en klantverwachtingen waar te maken.

· Je monitort voorraadniveaus en plaatst tijdig recurrente bestellingen om een vlotte levering te garanderen.

· Je ondersteunt de salesafdeling bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties en het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand.

· Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van onze bestellingen tot aan verzending.

Jouw profiel

Professioneel profiel & achtergrond

§ Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige expertise opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.

§ Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een sales ondersteunende of commerciële binnendienstfunctie.

§ Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring binnen een technische of productgerichte omgeving.

§ Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en MS Office.

§ Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een troef.
