Die Haerry & Frey AG verarbeitet seit 1926 Flachglas und Spiegel für das Baugewerbe und verbindet Glas und Metall miteinander. Wir planen, produzieren und montieren ausserdem Glas im Innen- und Aussenbereich für private Bauherren, Architekten und Planer. Du behältst gern den Überblick, von der ersten Bestellung bis zur letzten Rechnung? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Für unser Team im Einkauf und in der Auftragsbearbeitung suchen wir eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt und mitdenkt.

Dein Pensum verteilt sich auf fünf Arbeitstage, am Mittwoch- und Freitagnachmittag arbeitest du fix.

Deine Aufgaben: - Bestellungen bei ausgewählten Lieferanten auftragsbezogen auslösen und Auftragsbestätigungen prüfen (Preise, Produkte, Glasangaben etc.) - Laufende Bestellungen im Blick behalten, nachverfolgen und die Rechnungen kontrollieren - Reklamationen gemeinsam mit dem Betriebsleiter klären - Lieferantenkontakte pflegen und eng mit internen Stellen zusammenarbeiten - Excel-Listen aufbauen und aktuell halten - Die Nachfassliste für Offerten erstellen, versenden und regelmässig nachhaken - Im Offert- und Auftragswesen sowie am Empfang einspringen und während Ferienabwesenheiten aushelfen - Telefonate annehmen sowie Büromaterial und Arbeitskleider bewirtschaften

Das bringst du mit: - Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung - Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer ähnlichen administrativen Funktion - Eine selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem mit Excel Kommunikationsfreude und ein freundliches Auftreten
