Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung von Entwicklungs-, Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Bestandsimmobilien
  • Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenvertretung bei Einzelprojekten und Quartiersentwicklungen
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Entwicklungspotenzialen bestehender Immobilien
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Projekt- und Portfoliostrategien unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher, technischer und kulturpolitischer Zielsetzungen
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen für Beratungs-, Planungs- und Bauleistungen
  • Beauftragung, Steuerung und Koordination externer Planungsbüros, Fachplaner:innen, Gutachter:innen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten sowie die Budgetsteuerung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei Projektentwicklungen für Neubauten in unseren Entwicklungsgebieten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, Projektsteuerung oder Realisierung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Steuerung komplexer Bau- und Immobilienprojekte sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Planungs- und Projektpartner:innen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten rechtlichen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Planungs- und Bauwesen
  • Verständnis für die Anforderungen des öffentlichen Beschaffungs- und Vergabewesens sowie die Fähigkeit, diese in Projektentwicklungs- und Bauprozesse zu berücksichtigen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
