Deine Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), zum Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Wünschenswert abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Lagerleiter (m/w/d), Geprüfter Logistikmeister (m/w/d) oder Fachwirt Logistik (m/w/d) bzw. die Bereitschaft eine solche parallel zu absolvieren
  • 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik und Versand
  • Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung
  • Dienstleistungs- und teamorientiert
  • Routinierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; idealerweise nachgewiesene Kompetenzen in SAP
  • Wünschenswert Führerschein der Klasse C, aber keine Bedingung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse des Digitalen Tachografen, Lenk- und Ruhezeiten von Vorteil
  • Gabelstaplerschein von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams von 14 Beschäftigten; zuzüglich gewerblicher Auszubildender pro Ausbildungsjahr
  • Verantwortung für die Abläufe im Bereich Logistik, Versand und Fuhrpark
  • Planung der Lagerlogistik, des Materialflusses und der Lagerkapazität
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Unterweisungen
  • Umsetzung der gesetzlichen und internen Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien für den Logistikbereich
  • Qualitätssicherung
  • Inventurvorbereitung und -durchführung zum Jahreswechsel
