Für den Vertrieb in unserer Niederlassung Hannover am Standort Höver suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin unbefristet in Vollzeit einen

Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) im Außendienst für Kommunaltechnik

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den aktiven Vertrieb unserer Maschinen an kommunale Kunden im definierten Vertriebsgebiet
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßigen Austausch und individuelle Betreuung
  • Gezielte Neukundenansprache zur Erweiterung des Kundenstamms und zur Erschließung neuer Potenziale
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation aller Kunden- und Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System (CAS)
  • Überzeugende Präsentation und praxisnahe Vorführung unserer Maschinen direkt beim Kunden
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und regionalen Veranstaltungen zur Stärkung unserer Marktpräsenz

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von beratungsintensiven technischen Produkten oder Maschinen (langjähriger Vertrieb von Kommunalmaschinen bevorzugt)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1) jeweils in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsleidenschaft, Überzeugungskraft und Abschlusssicherheit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit CRM-Systemen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im kommunalen Vergabeverfahren
  • Kommunikationsstärke, verbindliches Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Ausdauer
