Das ist zum Glück nicht der Normalfall bei uns und doch ist es an der Zeit die Fühler nach einer Teamverstärkung auszustrecken.

Für unser Parkhotel Berghölzchen suchen wir Dich ab sofort: eine/n motivierte/n

Rezeptionist/in oder einen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d),

mit dem Ansporn unsere neue Empfangsmieze zu werden.

In unserem Hotel mit 78 Zimmern sorgst Du am Anreisetag für einen reibungslosen Check-in unserer Gäste und versorgst sie mit allen wichtigen Informationen rund um ihren Aufenthalt. Vom geschäftigen Businessgast, über den ausflugsvisierten Freizeitgast, heißen wir verschiedene Zielgruppen bei uns willkommen. Halte daher viele Ausflugstipps parat, um unseren Gästen einen bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Neben dem Gästekontakt ist das Telefon und der Mailposteingang Dein täglicher Begleiter. Du beantwortest Gästefragen und Tagungsanfragen, nimmst telefonische Reservierungen entgegen und sorgst dafür, dass im Posteingang erst gar nicht die magische "100" erreicht wird. :) Du übernimmst außerdem Aufgaben aus der Kassenführung und Debitorenkontrolle.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du bist Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und hast Spaß am Smalltalk mit Gästen
