SQL Server Administrator / Datenanalyst (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben – Das erwartet dich

  • Datenbanken im Griff halten: Du betreust, wartest und optimierst unsere Microsoft SQL Server-Infrastruktur sowie unsere Dynamics NAV-Umgebung für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
  • Performance & Sicherheit: Du sorgst für schnelle Abfragen (Abfrageoptimierung), hohe Verfügbarkeit und verlässliche Datensicherungs- sowie Sicherheitskonzepte.
  • Prozesse automatisieren: Mit T-SQL und PowerShell vereinfachst du wiederkehrende administrative Aufgaben und richtest automatisierte Jobs ein.
  • Support & Fehlerbehebung: Du unterstützt bei der Fehleranalyse (2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support) in engem Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.
  • Zukunft gestalten: Du hilfst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenmodelle (ETL / SQL Server Integration Services) und begleitest spannende Projekte wie künftige Systemupgrades.
  • Optionale Einblicke: Bei Interesse kannst du zudem Auswertungen oder Dashboards (z. B. mit Power BI) auf Basis unserer Datenquellen betreuen.

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Basis: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung), ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Fachabteilungen.
  • Praxiserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft SQL Servern sowie ein solides Verständnis von Datenbank-Architekturen.
  • Gute Skript-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit T-SQL und PowerShell-Skripting.
  • Analytischer Kopf: Du hast Freude an der Strukturierung von Daten, denkst lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich.

Das wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i (kein Muss!):

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit der Datenbank-Architektur von Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 (Navision).
  • Kenntnisse oder Interesse im Bereich Reporting / Power BI.
