Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company focused on turnkey solutions for clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation agencies and more!The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement!   The role of dispatcher involves coordinating the movement of resources (such as vehicles, personnel, or equipment) to fulfill service requests or respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively. Dispatchers receive and prioritize incoming requests, communicate with field personnel to relay instructions or updates, monitor operations to ensure compliance with schedules and safety regulations, and provide support in resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise during operations. Additionally, dispatchers may be responsible for maintaining records, updating databases, and communicating with customers to provide status updates or gather necessary information. Overall, the role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Role and Responsibilities:

Maintain composure, prioritize customer focus during issue resolution Adapt to and support evolving situations, guide communications effectively Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks Possess exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Ensure timely, accurate maintenance of service orders Sustain productivity and meet assigned dispatcher role standards Forecast and project future processes Communicate effectively in oral and written forms, motivate others Adhere to Quality Assurance program standards Learn and perform all essential dispatcher functions Notify customers promptly of relevant issues Uphold highest levels of Customer Service, Professionalism, and Confidentiality Provide field support as required Assign and review duties for compliance with policies and procedures Demonstrate professionalism and proper phone etiquette Perform any other assigned duties

  Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

A degree is highly recommended, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 1 - 4 years of related field experience, such as customer service, transportation, logistics, or emergency services, is often preferred.  Entry-level positions may require little to no prior experience, while senior or specialized roles may require several years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

Strong Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are essential for transmitting instructions to field personnel, relaying information to customers, and collaborating with other team members. Quick Decision Making: Dispatchers often need to make rapid decisions, especially during emergencies or when reallocating resources to address changing priorities. Problem Solving: The ability to assess situations quickly, identify issues, and develop effective solutions is crucial for resolving challenges that arise during operations.
