Do you enjoy supporting a team, solving problems, and making sure operations run safely and efficiently?   Hallcon Corporation is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic Commuter team in Los Angeles Area. As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in keeping our transportation operations running smoothly. You’ll lead and support local employees, help develop and train new team members, champion safety, and serve as a critical connection between our field operations and corporate leadership.   Why Hallcon? You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact every day by supporting employees, strengthening safety practices, and helping deliver exceptional service to our clients.   What You’ll Do

Lead staffing and training efforts for new and existing employees, helping build a strong and dependable local team. Champion safety by reinforcing training standards and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for service. Connect the field with corporate leadership, helping employees get the support and information they need while communicating operational needs to management. Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure assigned locations operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest possible level. Support Risk Management by promptly reporting violations, safety concerns, injuries, accidents, and other incidents. Solve problems in real time, using sound judgment and decisive action to keep operations moving. Build strong working relationships with employees, management, clients, and other key partners.

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. The successful candidate will be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory level.   Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years. High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of team management or leadership experience.
