  • Planlægning og koordinering af varer og serviceydelser til faciliteterne
  • Vedligeholdelse og opdatering af virksomhedens systemer
  • Understøtte lager og varemodtagelse
  • Bidrage til den daglige drift og sikre effektiv afvikling af opgaver inkl. kørsel mellem lokationer (samme by)

Dine kompetencer og profil

  • Du arbejder professionelt og opbygger gode relationer
  • Du trives i samarbejde på tværs af teams og fagområder
  • Du er selvstændig, ansvarlig og støtter dine kolleger
  • Du arbejder struktureret og har fokus på detaljer
  • Du er fleksibel og trives i et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø
  • Du er løsningsorienteret og bevarer roen i pressede situationer

Kvalifikationer

  • Generel IT-forståelse og lyst til at lære nyt
  • Erfaring med Excel og PowerPoint
  • Dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Kørekort kategori B
  • Gerne certifikat til gaffeltruck

Erfaring

  • Relevant uddannelsesbaggrund suppleret med erfaring
  • Erfaring fra en organisation med flere lokationer er en fordel .
