  • Sicherstellung des technisch und wirtschaftlich optimalen Betriebs der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Überwachung und Abrechnung der Bauleistungen
  • Steuerung baulicher und haustechnischer Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property und Assetmanagement
  • Überwachung, Steuerung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Nutzen und Lebenszykluserwartungen
  • Datenpflege und -optimierung Immobilienbestand
  • Regelmäßige, qualitätsorientierte Objektbehebung mit technischer Bewertung und Berichterstellung
  • Beauftragung und Überwachung der Prüfungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Immobilien
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Mieter und Dienstleister

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Bachelor Immobilienmanagement mit Fachrichtung Facilitymanagement
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Property Management oder in der Betreuung gewerblicher Immobilien
  • Projektsteuerung von Instandhaltungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen, insbesondere Mieterumbaumaßnahmen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kostenbewusstsein sowie Budget- und Termintreue
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, insbesondere im Bereich digitaler Technologien und nachhaltiger Gebäudekonzepte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Teams) sowie Offenheit für neue Softwareanwendungen
  • Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Gute Vernetzung innerhalb der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
