Hammam Basar \+Salon im Seefeld lädt abseits des hektischen Alltags in grosszügig ökologisch erbauten Räumen und nachhaltigem Betrieb zur Regeneration und Erholung ein.

In unserem authentischen Hammam geniesst man das traditionelle Reinigungsritual und entspannt danach im Ruheraum oder auf der Dachterrasse. Für eine Auszeit kann man sich zusätzlich bei einer Massage oder einer Naturkosmetikbehandlung verwöhnen lassen. Im Salon, dem hauseigenen Restaurant, geniesst man mediterran\-maghrebinische Spezialitäten: marktfrisch, biologisch, vegetarisch, vegan. Und im Basar werden Wohnaccessoires und pflanzliche Naturkosmetik angeboten. Als GastgeberInnen liegt uns alles am Wohl unserer Gäste.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Personal\-AssistentIn 60%.

In dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Inhaberin und der Betriebsleitung für personalrelevante Fragen zuständig:

  • Gesamte Personaladministration: Ein\- und Austritte, Krankheits\- und Unfallmel\-dungen, Arbeitsverträge und Arbeitszeugnisse
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalsuche
  • Elektronische Führung und Verwaltung der Personalakten
  • Erstellen diverser Statistiken
  • Unterstützung im Zeiterfassungssystem
  • Kontakt zu Behörden und Sozialversicherungen

Sie sind eine vertrauenswürdige, strukturierte Persönlichkeit und verfügen idealerweise über eine Ausbildung zur Personal\-AssistentIn mit Zertifikat und/oder verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dieser Funktion. Vorzugsweise bringen Sie zudem Kenntnisse in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb mit. Weiter besitzen Sie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Sie kennen sich gut im Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrecht aus und verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf Muttersprachlichem Niveau. Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, arbeiten lösungsorientiert und selbstständig. Verschwiegenheit und Diskretion runden Ihr Profil ab.
