Our approach is centred on identifying barriers early, working collaboratively with families and professionals, and ensuring every student can access a broad and ambitious curriculum.

About the Role

This includes coordinating EHCP and Annual Review documentation, maintaining accurate student records, liaising with families and external agencies, and supporting key statutory processes.

You'll need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Provide administrative support for EHCPs, Annual Reviews, access arrangements and SEND assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records and SEND databases.
  • Coordinate meetings with parents, carers, schools and external professionals.
  • Support transition arrangements for students joining or leaving the school.
  • Assist with SEND audits, reviews and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with external agencies including Educational Psychologists, specialist teachers and Local Authority services.
  • Support the organisation of SEND team meetings, training and departmental administration.
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and successful SEND department.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has substantial administration experience, ideally within a school or educational setting.
  • Possesses excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and can manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Can prioritise competing demands, work independently and contribute positively to a team.
  • Has an understanding of, or interest in, SEND and supporting young people with additional needs.

Working Hours

30 hours per week, term time only. Working hours and days will be discussed at interview and must support departmental and wider school requirements.

Salary:

(Grade 7)

Full-time salary (52 weeks / 37 hours) From: £29,541 to £33,119.

Actual salary (38 weeks / 30 hours) From: £19,985 to £22,406.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
