Earn sick time starting Day 1 Paid vacation after 1 year Opportunities to grow within the Hilton brand What You’ll Do Assist the Executive Head Housekeeper in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards. Inspect guest rooms, suites, and common areas to verify cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance needs. Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members on company standards, procedures, and safety practices. Assign daily work schedules and room assignments to housekeeping staff. Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment; report replenishment needs. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to prioritize room readiness and address maintenance issues. Help maintain accurate housekeeping records, inspection reports, and lost-and-found documentation. Step into the Head Housekeeper role during absences and support department leadership as needed. Promote a positive team environment focused on exceptional guest service, efficiency, and attention to detail. Identify opportunities to improve housekeeping processes, productivity, and guest satisfaction. Ensure proper handling and care of hotel property, equipment, and guest belongings. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed to support operational demands and maintain service excellence. All other duties as assigned Key Focus: Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment while supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience with the ability to motivate and support a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, guest-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable to departmental standards. Dependable, professional, and capable of making decisions with minimal supervision. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and consistency. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping supplies and equipment as needed. Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays. Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and creating a positive work environment. Reliable and detail-oriented Able to stay active (walking, bending, lifting) Friendly attitude and team mindset Weekend and Holiday availability required Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
