Description du poste

Au sein de la direction achats et Supply Chain et rattaché au directeur Achats la mission du gestionnaire base de données produits

GESTION DATA PRODUIT

  • La gestion du référencement : codification et gestion du cycle de vie des produits dans l’ outil de gestion et de commande ADORIA (Formation assurée)
  • La gestion des tarifs produits dans l’ outil de gestion et de commande ADORIA.
  • Diffusion des offres tarifaires et gestion d’accès du catalogue fournisseur auprès de notre réseau de kiosques.
  • L’amélioration des outils d’intégration et de contrôle de données.
  • La gestion des fournisseurs en EDI (catalogue produits et alignement des références).
  • S’assurer des process de contrôle de la cohérence des données en créant des indicateurs de suivis.
  • La prise en charge de projets transverses en coordination avec nos magasins et les différents services de l’entreprise.

DEVELOPPEMENT OUTIL

Participation active à l’implémentation d’un PLM

REPORTING

Le gestionnaire sera garant de bonne gestion des données achats

Reporting data à opérer en lien avec la comptabilité (excel)

Collaboration transversale avec les différents services ;

- La direction achat et les acheteurs.

- L’équipe supply chain.

- L’équipe produit en charge des innovations et lancement des nouveaux produits.

- La DSI et l’équipe EDI (échange de données informatiques).

- Les équipes opérationnelles.

- Les industriels, producteurs et les distributeurs Européens.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure type Bac+2/3, vous possédez une expérience significative sur un poste de gestion de données, idéalement au sein d'un service achat.

Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de bases de données. (IA , Excel, Power BI, Adoria)

La connaissance du logiciel Adoria serait un plus, sinon une formation sera assurée

Bonne capacité de synthèse et d’analyse. Capacité d’adaptation.

Esprit d’équipe. Rigueur et organisation

Très bon niveau sur excel (mandatory)

Niveau Python

Vous évoluez dans le monde de l’agroalimentaire.

Informations supplémentaires

Bon niveau d’anglais (mandatory) capable de tenir uneconversation en anglais.
