WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Business Controller adviseer je over het tactisch financieel‑economisch beleid, de inrichting van de organisatie en de optimalisatie van processen. Je vertaalt financiële en operationele data naar heldere inzichten en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor de operatie en het management.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

  • Analyseren en vertalen van bedrijfsresultaten naar bruikbare managementrapportages;
  • Adviseren over kostenbeheersing en verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Monitoren van productiviteit en declarabiliteit van personeel;
  • Contract- en assetmanagement, inclusief contractwaardering en voortgangsbewaking;
  • Ontwikkelen van ken- en stuurgetallen, prognoses en liquiditeitsverwachtingen;
  • Het toetsen van realisatie versus planning en adviseren over bijsturingsmaatregelen;
  • Inrichten en borgen van de planning & control-cyclus;
  • Uitvoeren van risicomanagement op bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Ondersteunen bij bedrijfsintegraties (M&A);
  • Afstemming met Financial Control en het FSSC over juiste en tijdige informatievoorziening.

Je hebt tevens een goed begrip van financiële processen (AO/IC en Financial Control). Je doorziet de administratieve organisatie, begrijpt de aansluiting tussen data-oplossingen en financiële processen en waarborgt de interne beheersing via de PDCA‑cyclus. Je werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van processen en systemen, waaronder Microsoft Business Central (4PS).

Je komt terecht in een team van 10 Finance professionals en rapporteert aan de divisiecontroller.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een afgeronde hbo‑ of wo‑opleiding in financiële of economische richting;
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Sterke affiniteit met data; Excel is jouw tweede natuur;
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Business Central 4PS of MS Dynamics Navision;
  • Ervaring met Power BI (self‑service);
  • Affiniteit met IT en technologische ontwikkelingen;

WAT HEBBEN WE JE TE BIEDEN?

  • Je bent vrij om je eigen agenda in te delen. Daarnaast werken wij als Finance-team minimaal 1 keer per week gezamenlijk op locatie in Lieren.
  • Hybride werken is ook mogelijk. Je bent welkom in één van onze aantrekkelijk ingerichte kantoren in Nieuwegein, Lieren, Papendrecht, Zwolle of Son & Breugel, maar je kunt ook een dag thuis werken als jou dat beter schikt);
  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris tot € 6.200,- op basis van kennis en ervaring;
  • De juiste devices die je zowel zakelijk als privé mag gebruiken;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek). De functie is in te vullen vanaf 32 uur per week;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding. Je kunt kiezen voor € 0,25 per kilometer of vergoeding van werkelijk gemaakte OV-kosten tot een bedrag van maximaal € 456,- per maand;
  • Goede pensioenregeling en gezamenlijke zorgverzekering voor extra zekerheid en meer stabiliteit.
