Bij Hanab Connectivity Solutions draait het niet alleen om slimme techniek, maar ook de menselijke verbinding staat centraal. Als HR Businesspartner help je managers bij alles wat speelt op het gebied van medewerkers, organisatie en ontwikkeling.

Bij HANAB stap je midden in een organisatie die volop in beweging is. De komende periode wordt gebouwd aan een nieuwe structuur waarin vijf business units worden teruggebracht naar drie en HR opnieuw stevig wordt neergezet. Je komt terecht in een technische, operationele en directe omgeving waar de cultuur no-nonsense en resultaatgericht is.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Jij wordt het eerste HR-aanspreekpunt voor een landelijk opererende business unit van ongeveer 250 medewerkers met een focus op de locaties Nieuwegein & Apeldoorn. Je rol is breed, zelfstandig en impactvol:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor management en leidinggevenden binnen jouw business unit;
  • Je adviseert over (talent)ontwikkeling, performance, verzuim of duurzame inzetbaarheid;
  • Je begeleidt verandertrajecten, organisatie aanpassingen en denkt mee over het vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete HR-oplossingen;
  • Je treedt op als casemanager verzuim voor de lopende verzuimdossiers binnen jouw business unit;
  • Je hebt een aansturende rol ten aanzien van de opvolging van de vlootschouw;
  • Je handelt zelfstandig arbeidsvoorwaardelijke en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken af;
  • En tenslotte werk je mee aan de projecten (onboarding, herziening functiehuis, performance management, duurzame inzetbaarheid, leiderschapsontwikkeling).

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • HBO- denk en werkniveau (afgeronde HRM opleiding);
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een brede HR functie;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur per week;
  • Een dienstverlenende en servicegerichte instelling, in lijn met onze strategie gericht op customer intimacy;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht;
  • Je ziet uitdaging in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is, neemt proactief deel aan deze verandering en brengt structuur;
  • Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en niet bang om lastige gesprekken te voeren;
  • Ervaring met de HRM software van AFAS is een pré.

WAT HEBBEN WE JE TE BIEDEN?

Je komt te werken binnen een organisatie met een “doe-mentaliteit”. Je krijgt vrijheid en vertrouwen en komt te werken binnen een team wat humor hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Daarnaast:

  • Je bent vrij om je eigen agenda in te delen. Daarnaast werken wij als HR team minimaal 1 keer per week gezamenlijk op een locatie (Lieren of Nieuwegein);
  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris tot € 6.000, - op basis van kennis en ervaring;
  • De juiste devices die je zowel zakelijk als privé mag gebruiken;
  • Een leaseauto die je ook privé kunt gebruiken;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek). De functie is in te vullen vanaf 32 uur per week;
  • Goede pensioenregeling en gezamenlijke zorgverzekering voor extra zekerheid en meer stabiliteit.
