WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Projectplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, bewaken en optimaliseren van planningen voor onze projecten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle fasen logisch op elkaar aansluiten. Dankzij jouw worden projecten realistisch gepland, deadlines gehaald en resources efficiënt ingezet. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, engineers, uitvoerders en externe partners. Je weet wat er speelt, behoud het overzicht en helpt het projectteam efficiënt en voorspelbaar te werken.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen en onderhouden van gedetailleerde projectplanningen voor alle fasen: engineering, inkoop, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering.
  • Signaleren van risico’s, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden en hierover proactief rapporteren.
  • Afstemmen van planningen met projectleiders, engineers, uitvoerders en externe partijen.
  • Uitvoeren van scenario-analyses en verwerken van wijzigingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij resourceplanning en capaciteitsinschattingen.
  • Continu verbeteren van planningsprocessen en bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van de afdeling.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als projectplanner, bij voorkeur binnen de sectoren energie, infra of industrie
  • Ervaring met planningssoftware zoals Primavera P6 of Oracle Primavera Cloud
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om verschillende belangen te verbinden
  • Proactieve houding en stressbestendigheid

WAT HEBBEN WE JE TE BIEDEN?

  • Een sleutelrol binnen een toekomstgerichte organisatie met maatschappelijke impact
  • Bruto maandsalaris: tussen € 4.258,- en € 6.006,- afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
  • Auto van de zaak die je ook prive kan gebruiken
  • Bovenop je bruto maandsalaris ontvang je een flexbudget van 18%, dat je bruto kunt laten uitbetalen, gebruiken om extra verlof mee te kopen of een combinatie daarvan
  • Deelname aan de cao NWb, een goede pensioen regeling, auto van de zaak, een laptop en een smartphone en fijne collega's. Kortom; alles om jouw functie goed uit te kunnen oefenen.
  • Vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 3,7% en een variabele bonusregeling tot 3%
