Hanab is voor haar Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste fulltime collega in de functie van administratief medewerker crediteuren. Het FSSC verzorgt financieel administratieve diensten voor de Energy en Telecom divisies van Hanab.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als administratief medewerker crediteuren ben jij samen met andere collega’s uit Nieuwegein en Papendrecht verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van ons crediteurenproces. We zoeken iemand die flexibel inzetbaar is op beide locaties: je standplaats is Papendrecht, maar je bent ook bereid om regelmatig naar Nieuwegein te reizen voor het Shared Service Center.

Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit:

  • Het beheren en verwerken van inkomende facturen;
  • Het controleren van facturen op juistheid en volledigheid;
  • Het zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en up‑to‑date administratie;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen om onduidelijkheden op te lossen;
  • Het bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van processen binnen de crediteurenadministratie.

Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële administratie klopt tot op de komma.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een afgeronde Mbo opleiding in Finance of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied;
  • 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen crediteurenadministratie bij voorkeur Shared Service Center;
  • Vaardigheid in Excel en kennis van financiële software, bekendheid met het werken met diverse automatiseringssystemen (4PS, Whitevision);
  • Nauwkeurigheid, proactiviteit en een oplossingsgerichte houding;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
