Wij zijn Hanab, een nieuw merk met 160 jaar geschiedenis. Met een sterke basis in Nederland en een internationaal werkterrein is Hanab dé partner in een wereld die volop in beweging is. Met AI zetten we de volgende stap: we bouwen toepassingen die het dagelijkse werk in alle divisies ondersteunen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Data-Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de centrale database en alle datapijplijnen die de toepassingen van Hanab van data voorzien. Je verbindt bronsystemen zoals SharePoint, MS Project en projectbeheersystemen met de centrale RAG-infrastructuur en zorgt dat de datakwaliteit consequent op peil blijft.

Jouw taken:

  • Inrichten en doorontwikkelen van de centrale database (PostgreSQL) en vectordatabase (Qdrant)
  • Bouwen en beheren van ETL-pijplijnen tussen bronsystemen en de centrale opslag
  • Verwerken van projectdossiers, contracten, RFQ-pakketten, werkorders en onderhoudsregistraties tot bruikbare datasets
  • Inrichten en optimaliseren van embedding-pijplijnen, inclusief het bepalen van de juiste chunking-strategie per documenttype
  • Implementeren van dataclassificatieregels
  • Samenwerken met collega's in de divisies aan de kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van brondata
  • Datakwaliteit bijhouden als vaste KPI; kwaliteitsrisico's signaleren en aanpakken

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Bewezen productie-ervaring met PostgreSQL en vectordatabases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate of vergelijkbaar)
  • Ervaring met ETL-tooling in productie
  • Sterke Python-kennis; ervaring met het verwerken van complexe documentformaten
  • Kennis van datastructuren in aanleg- en serviceorganisaties (projectdossiers, contracten, RFQ-pakketten, werkorders, SLA-rapportages en storingsmeldingen) is een pré
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365-integraties
  • Kennis van chunking- en embedding-strategieën en hun invloed op de kwaliteit van AI-toepassingen
  • Rust en zelfstandigheid in het werken met historisch gegroeide data
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels op professioneel niveau
