Een organisatie van deze omvang vraagt om financiële informatie die tijdig, juist en volledig is. Daarom zoeken wij een Group Financial Controller die de financiële consolidatie en groepsrapportage naar een hoger niveau brengt en zorgt voor betrouwbare inzichten voor management, directie en aandeelhouder.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Group Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de consolidatie en rapportage van de financiële cijfers van de Hanab Groep. Je vormt de schakel tussen Group Control, de divisies en het Financial Shared Services Center. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen vastgestelde kaders en tijdlijnen en werkt intensief samen met de financial controllers in de divisies en binnen het FSSC.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen en analyseren van geconsolideerde maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages;
  • Het borgen van eliminaties van intercompany transacties en consolidatiecorrecties;
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van aangeleverde financiële informatie;
  • Het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van de consolidatiestructuur en consolidatietool Lucanet;
  • Het opstellen van consolidatiestaten en het aansluiten van balans- en resultatenrekening;
  • Het borgen van uniforme verslaglegging vanuit de verschillende Hanab-divisies en het ondersteunen bij de geconsolideerde jaarrekening;
  • Het uitvoeren van analyses op resultaten, balansposities, werkkapitaal en cashflow en het signaleren van afwijkingen, risico’s en verbeterkansen;
  • Het ondersteunen van management, directie en Group Control met financiële inzichten, scenarioanalyses en stuurinformatie;
  • Het ondersteunen van het groepsbrede budget- en forecastproces en het consolideren en analyseren van de input van de divisies;
  • Het initiëren van verbeteringen in reporting- en consolidatieprocessen en het bijdragen aan finance-transformatie, BI-ontwikkelingen, standaardisatie en harmonisatie.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust. Je overziet grote hoeveelheden financiële informatie, legt verbanden en weet jouw inzichten helder over te brengen aan verschillende stakeholders. Ook tijdens piekperioden, zoals maandafsluitingen, budgetrondes en het jaarrekeningtraject, houd je overzicht en blijf je resultaatgericht.

Verder heb je/ben je:

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie;
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, audit of controlling;
  • Ervaring met consolidatieprocessen en interne en externe verslaggeving;
  • Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met consolidatie- en rapportagetools, zoals Power BI;
  • Proactief, integer, communicatief vaardig en in staat om goed te plannen en organiseren;
  • In staat zelfstandig te werken én effectief samen te werken met collega’s binnen Group Control, de divisies en het FSSC.
