WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als (Senior) AI-Engineer ben je de eerste vaste technische medewerker van het AI-team en daarmee de spil van het Hanab AI-platform. Je bepaalt de technische koers en zorgt dat Hanab zelf de keuzes maakt die jaren doorwerken.

Je bouwt en beheert de volledige AI-stack: van de RAG-pijplijn en de orkestratie tot de API-koppelingen.

Jouw taken:

  • Bepalen en bewaken van de architectuur van de AI-stack en de technische kerntoepassingen
  • Bouwen en beheren van de API-koppelingen
  • Technische realisatie en beheer van het Hanab AI-platform
  • Evalueren van modellen op basis van kwaliteits- en prestatiegegevens
  • Aansturen van externe partners voor projectmatig werk
  • Beoordelen van nieuwe technologieën en frameworks
  • Technisch begeleiden van nieuwe collega's in het AI-team

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar bewezen productie-ervaring met AI in zakelijke toepassingen
  • Praktijkervaring met het uitrollen en beheren van AI-platforms
  • Diepgaande kennis van RAG-architectuur, vectordatabases en embedding-strategieën
  • Ervaring met orkestratie-frameworks zoals LangGraph, LlamaIndex of vergelijkbaar
  • Sterke programmeerkennis in Python
  • Ervaring met Qdrant, PostgreSQL, MinIO en Redis (of vergelijkbaar) en met cloudinfrastructuur
  • Vermogen om met vakexperts zoals engineers, contractmanagers en calculators te schakelen en complexe techniek in begrijpelijke taal toegankelijk te maken
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels op professioneel niveau
  • Ervaring in een complexe organisatie of projectomgeving is een pré
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, schakelt makkelijk tussen strategisch en tactisch niveau en weet goed je positie te pakken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en weet met jouw heldere communicatie, overtuigingskracht en enthousiasme mensen mee te nemen

Als eerste vaste technische kracht van het AI-team leg je de architectuur vast die de komende jaren de basis vormt voor tientallen AI-toepassingen over zes divisies. Je bouwt de technische kennis van Hanab op en bepaalt mee de koers op datasoevereiniteit en architectuur.
